Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives within a large utility environment. You will oversee projects from planning through implementation, coordinating technical teams, business partners, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, a PMP certification, and strong communication and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Management/Business Admin.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive communications.
• Coordinate across IT, OT, testing, cybersecurity, business teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Apply PMO governance, methodologies, templates, controls, and reporting requirements.
