Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP in Seattle is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join the Enterprise Project Management Office and drive operational excellence across technology, HR, marketing, finance, and practice management.

You will independently lead complex technical and strategic initiatives, build charters and plans, manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships, and report to senior leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in PMO collaboration with Business Systems Analysts.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, SDLC, Scrum, Agile, and related methods.
• Vendor management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• PMP or comparable certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex technical and strategic projects across firm departments.
• Translate roadmaps into measurable results and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project charters, plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Build change management and communication plans for sponsors and leadership.
• Identify risks early and drive issues to resolution; manage vendor relationships.
