Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to join the Projects and Programs team, driving enterprise initiatives across departments. You will manage complex projects, translate roadmaps into measurable results, and oversee budgets, risks, and vendor relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, with a minimum of five years in project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• PMP or comparable certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with PMO and working with Business Systems Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilize projects using the firm’s PM methodology and create charters, plans, and schedules.
• Drive scope, baselines, schedules, and change control to align with objectives.
• Lead change management and clear stakeholder communications for sponsors and senior leadership.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies; resolve issues with proven PM practices.
• Coordinate vendors and procurement activities; manage budgets and financial reporting.
