Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to join our Projects and Programs team to drive an exceptional employee experience. You will lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across technology, HR, marketing, and finance, translating roadmaps into measurable results.

Requirements include at least five years of PM experience, strong communication, and proven ability to manage scope, budget, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a PMO or with Business Systems Analysts helpful.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and modern project management practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Scrum, Agile, and other software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Mobilize: develop project charters, plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Drive Scope and Delivery: define scope, establish baselines, manage schedules, negotiate changes.
• Lead Change and Communication: create change plans; provide status updates to sponsors and leadership.
• Manage Risk and Issues: identify risks early, implement mitigations, drive issue resolution.
• Manage Vendors: coordinate contracts and vendor relationships with procurement and owners.
• Own Budgets: estimate costs, monitor expenses, report finances.
• Orchestrate Programs: coordinate interconnected projects and dependencies.
• Exercise Leadership: make decisive judgments and drive outcomes.
