Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to join our Projects and Programs team. You will drive operating excellence, manage complex initiatives across technology, HR, marketing, and practice management, and turn roadmaps into measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with PMBOK/Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Project Management experience.
• PMO experience and collaboration with Business Systems Analysts preferred.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, SDLC, Scrum, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilize via project charters, plans, and schedules.
• Define scope, baselines, schedules, and manage changes.
• Lead change and communications to sponsors and leadership.
• Identify risks, mitigate, and drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate contracts and vendor relationships with procurement.
• Develop estimates, track expenses, and report budgets.
• Coordinate interconnected projects and manage dependencies.
