Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking a highly driven Project Manager 3 to support our National Enterprise Ethernet portfolio. This role is responsible for managing complex customer deployments, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience across large enterprise implementations.

The PM3 serves as the central point of coordination and accountability for end-to-end project execution, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams while managing multiple high-visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Experience with enterprise Ethernet deployments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and SLA commitments for National Enterprise Ethernet deployments.
• Coordinate EPL, EVPL, ENS, Dedicated Internet, Retail Wavelength, Managed Wi-Fi services.
• Use Smartsheet to track milestones, dependencies, automate workflows, and provide real-time visibility.
• Identify, upscale and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines.
• Drive accountability across Sales, Engineering, Service Assurance, Construction, Order Management, and Field Operations.
• Meet and exceed KPI performance metrics and support process improvements.
• Coordinate installation, testing, turn-up, and customer acceptance activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and customer communications.
