Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking a highly driven Project Manager 3 to support our National Enterprise Ethernet portfolio. You will manage complex deployments across large enterprise customers, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional customer experience, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability for end-to-end execution.

The role requires strong Smartsheet expertise, hands-on project management, and a focus on KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines and SLA commitments for National Enterprise Ethernet deployments.
Coordinate implementation of EPL, EVPL, ENS, and other services.
Utilize Smartsheet to track milestones, automate workflows, and provide real-time visibility to stakeholders.
Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines.
Drive accountability across Sales, Engineering, Service Assurance, Construction, Order Management, and Field Ops.
Meet and exceed KPI performance metrics and support process improvements.
Coordinate installation, testing, turn-up, and customer acceptance activities.
Maintain accurate project documentation and customer communications throughout lifecycle.
