Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking a highly driven Project Manager 3 to support our National Enterprise Ethernet portfolio. • Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional experience accepted
• 5-7 years of project management experience preferred in enterprise/technology environments
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and SLA commitments for National Enterprise Ethernet deployments
• Coordinate implementation of EPL, EVPL, ENS, Dedicated Internet, Retail Wavelength, Managed Wi‑Fi and related services
• Utilize Smartsheet to track milestones, manage dependencies, automate workflows, and provide real-time visibility to stakeholders
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks affecting delivery timelines
• Drive accountability across Sales, Engineering, Service Assurance, Construction, Order Management, and Field Operations
• Meet and exceed KPI performance metrics while supporting process improvements
• Coordinate installation, testing, turn-up, and customer acceptance activities for services
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure clear customer communication throughout the lifecycle

The PM3 serves as the central point of coordination and accountability for end-to-end project execution, driving collaboration across cross‑functional teams while managing multiple high‑visibility customer initiatives. The successful candidate will manage deployments including Ethernet Private Line (EPL), Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL), Ethernet Network Service (ENS), Dedicated Internet, Retail Wavelength, Managed Wi‑Fi, and other strategic National Enterprise Ethernet solutions for large enterprise customers. Strong Smartsheet expertise is critical for project tracking, reporting, workflow automation, and executive‑level visibility.

Job Description Responsibilities
