Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and SLA commitments for National Enterprise Ethernet product deployments.
• Coordinate EPL, EVPL, ENS, Dedicated Internet, Retail Wavelength, Managed Wi-Fi, and other services.
• Utilize Smartsheet to track milestones, manage dependencies, automate workflows, and provide real-time visibility to stakeholders.
• Identify, upscale and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Service Assurance, Construction, Order Management, and Field Operations.
• Meet and exceed KPI performance metrics while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate installation, testing, turn-up, and customer acceptance activities for Enterprise Ethernet services.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong Smartsheet expertise is critical for project tracking, reporting, workflow automation, and executive-level visibility.
