Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking a highly driven Project Manager 3 to support our National Enterprise Ethernet portfolio. This role is responsible for managing complex customer deployments, ensuring on-time delivery, and delivering exceptional customer experience across large enterprise implementations.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams using Smartsheet for tracking, reporting and executive visibility, and manage EPL, EVPL, ENS, DI, Retail Wavelength, and Managed Wi‑Fi deployments to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional experience accepted
• 5-7 years of project management experience preferred in enterprise/technology environments
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and SLA commitments for National Enterprise Ethernet deployments
• Coordinate implementation of EPL, EVPL, ENS, Dedicated Internet, Retail Wavelength, Managed Wi‑Fi and related services
• Utilize Smartsheet to track milestones, manage dependencies, automate workflows, and provide real-time visibility to stakeholders
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks affecting delivery timelines
• Drive accountability across Sales, Engineering, Service Assurance, Construction, Order Management, and Field Operations
• Meet and exceed KPI performance metrics while supporting process improvements
• Coordinate installation, testing, turn-up, and customer acceptance activities for services
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure clear customer communication throughout the lifecycle
