Clio seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the Enterprise Customer Team in New York City. You will lead Clio Operate implementations for large law firms, guiding projects from kickoff through support hand-off and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

The role requires strong program management, agile delivery, and change management skills, with a focus on driving client value and profitability. Hybrid work is available, with office presence expected in NYC as needed.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience guiding projects through agile lifecycles and iterative delivery.
• Strong change management skills and ability to drive adoption of technology.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Clio Operate implementations for mid-size and large law firms from kickoff to support hand-off.
• Guide projects through requirements workshops, sprints, UAT, and change management.
• Own project profitability, budgets, and financial reporting.
