The role emphasizes managing budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on delivering value and driving adoption of the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience leading Agile projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong change management skills with a focus on technology-enabled transformation.
• Excellent communication, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clio Operate implementations for mid-sized and large law firms from kickoff through hand-off to support.
• Guide projects through requirements workshops, playbacks, sprints, UAT, and change activities.
• Own project profitability, budgets and financial reporting.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks and issue resolution.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects and maintain client relationships.
