Job summary
Clio is seeking a Legal Architect to join our Sales team in New York City. You will engage with elite law firms and corporate legal departments to understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
You will lead consultative discussions and demonstrations of Clio’s AI solutions, partner with Account Executives to understand client needs, and design high-impact pilots with measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- JD or equivalent legal qualification and at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house.
- Experience engaging senior legal stakeholders and guiding AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Engage with elite law firms and corporate legal departments to understand processes and opportunities for AI improvement.
- Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of Clio’s AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and guide AI adoption.
- Design high-impact pilots of new technologies with measurable outcomes.
- Define pilot success criteria and focus areas for outcomes.
- Advise senior partners and operations managers to drive adoption.
- Navigate cultural and process changes for successful AI transformation.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content for legal audiences and AI success stories.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay informed on AI trends and share expertise internally and externally.
