Clio seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Enterprise Customer Team in New York City. You will lead Clio Operate implementations for large law firms, manage the full lifecycle from kickoff to support, and own profitability while guiding teams through change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
• Strong change management skills to drive business transformation.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and modern software methods.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Interest in improving craft by using AI.

Responsabilités

• Lead Clio Operate implementations for mid-sized and large law firms from kickoff through hand-off to support.
• Guide projects through implementation lifecycle stages (requirements, playbacks, sprints, UAT, change).
• Own project profitability including budgets and financial reporting.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and problem solving.
• Allocate resources across a portfolio, from small teams to 10+ members.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate proactively to stay on track.
• Support clients through business change so users adopt the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay current on features and turn them into best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Service Delivery process.
