You will mentor project managers, coordinate with task-area leaders, and influence decision-makers to maximize mission impact.

Qualifications

BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or MS with 6+ years
Active DoD TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI
On-site at Fort Belvoir four days a week
PMP certification from PMI
Scrum Master certification
Expert knowledge of Leidos processes and operations

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects from scope to execution.
Identify and implement process improvements across the division.
Lead cross-functional team reviews and present solutions to leaders.
Coordinate across time zones and manage project plans with Agile frameworks.
Mentor project managers and Scrum Masters and drive milestone attainment.
