Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Management Manager to lead a high-visibility DoD program from scope through closeout. You will mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters, drive milestones, and guide cross-functional teams in Agile and project governance.

You will develop and maintain integrated plans, execute risk and change controls, and deliver executive-level reporting. This leadership role requires DoD clearance and strong data‑driven decision making at Fort

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI access; final clearance per client.
• PMP and Scrum Master certifications required.
• On-site work at Fort Belvoir four days weekly.
• Proven experience leading project portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Expert in MS Project, Agile/Scrum, scheduling, baselines, change control, and exec reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint; strong presentation and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects and an enterprise portfolio from scope to closeout.
• Mentor and coordinate Project Managers and Scrum Masters; allocate resources and drive milestones.
• Develop integrated project plans, Agile frameworks, schedules, baselines, changes and risk registers.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly status reporting and executive presentations.
• Partner with operations to manage priorities, risks and issue resolution.
• Analyze datasets and build Excel- and MS Project-based reporting for planning and decisions.
• Identify and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and mission delivery.
