Job summary

Global Enterprise Services, Llc is seeking an Enterprise Project Management Manager in Fort Belvoir, VA. This role leads the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects within a growing program, influencing strategy and execution across multiple teams.

You will drive process improvements, manage project plans, and mentor a team of PMs and Scrum Masters, delivering milestones and executive-ready reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6–10 years.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• On-site Fort Belvoir four days a week.
• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• Expert knowledge of Leidos processes and strong operational understanding.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and MS Project.
• Expertise with Agile methodologies, implementations, and reporting.
• Experience developing and executing project plans with cross-functional elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects from scope to execution.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across the division.
• Lead cross functional/program team reviews.
• Generate presentations and present results to division leaders.
• Coordinate with team across multiple time zones.
• Formulate Project Plans and Agile frameworks for high-visibility projects.
• Lead PMs and Scrum Masters; provide guidance and support.
• Attain project milestones and manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly project status reports.
• Communicate potential impacts to customer and leadership.
