Job summary

Generac seeks a Senior Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end, high-value programs driving enterprise objectives. You will own intake through delivery, ensuring readiness and execution excellence across multiple functions.

The role requires extensive experience in operations and program management, with a focus on matrixed collaboration and financial discipline. Manufacturing exposure is a plus; PMP/PgMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 10 years progressive experience in Operations, Program/Project Management, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Experience driving execution across matrixed teams and influencing multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end ownership of large, complex programs with alignment to financial goals.
• Leads cross-functional governance, cadence, and decision-making with key partners.
• Coordinates stakeholders to ensure alignment and disciplined execution.
• Acts as senior operational accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to program management staff.
• Supports onboarding, succession planning, and capability development.
