Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive Engineering management experience in a similar environment.
Demonstrated understanding of financial measurements and goals; lean manufacturing principles.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong project leadership.
Experience collaborating with multiple sites and functions; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drives facility operations priorities to meet customer expectations and KPIs.
Leads process improvement initiatives and SMART goal deployment.
Ensures product, material and information streams are synchronized for maximum efficiency and lowest cost.
Defines resource needs and manages within budget and staffing parameters.
Acts as SAP Super User within the functional area as assigned.
Coordinates and leads facility resources and employees to meet objectives.
