Job summary

Generac is seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise, translating strategic intent into executable integration plans and delivering sustainable, scalable results in a fast-paced environment.

You will own end-to-end integration execution, coordinate matrixed teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and HR, establish governance and milestones, ensure go-live readiness, manage risks, and partner with senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 7+ years in Operations, Integration, Program or Portfolio Management in matrixed environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and driving execution across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with defined milestones and outcomes.
• Lead matrixed teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and other functions.
• Establish governance, meeting cadence, decision forums and risk mitigation processes.
• Ensure go-live readiness and smooth transition to business owners.
