Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager to oversee end-to-end, high-value programs aligned with enterprise objectives.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing to ensure successful delivery and readiness. The role requires a decade of progressive program management experience in complex environments, with strong leadership, risk management, and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations/Program Management in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives or transformation projects.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end ownership of large, complex programs aligning scope, cost, risk, and benefits.
• Lead cross‑functional program governance and decision making with partners across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Manufacturing.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment, issue resolution, prioritization, and disciplined execution across all phases.
• Serve as senior operational point of accountability for program performance: scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality.
• Develop and mentor program management talent and drive capability development across the organization.
• Establish and improve program management standards, processes, and frameworks.
