Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own end-to-end technical design across Salesforce and integrated SaaS/ERP platforms. You will mentor teams, craft scalable architectures, and drive best practices for long-term client success.

Role requires onsite work at the client's location in Austin, TX, with remote-flexible options and ongoing Salesforce certifications to maintain expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing Salesforce-centric enterprise solutions in a consulting environment.
• 3+ years in Senior Solution Architect / Lead Architect roles leading multi-cloud deployments.
• Experience implementing Salesforce PRM.
• Deep mastery of core Salesforce clouds (Sales/Service) with at least two specialized domains (CPQ, Field Service, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds).
• Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect track with multiple certifications (5–6+).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical design for Salesforce and integrated SaaS/ERP platforms.
• Architect and design Partner Relationship Management product.
• Deliver architecture diagrams, data models, and integration designs.
• Scope sales proposals with Delivery leadership and Account Executives.
• Guide delivery teams toward operational excellence.
