Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Program Manager to support a government client in Aurora, Colorado, coordinating enterprise-level tasks across multiple locations and ensuring smooth execution of the Transition Plan and PMP.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 15 years of program management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. This contingent position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: TS/SCI with polygraph.
• 15 years of program management experience with large, complex operations and sustainment functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• Management with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience operating in a 24/7/365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate on Enterprise level tasks across locations.
• Identify issues and adjust program plans based on customer feedback (cost, performance, schedule, risk).
• Develop plans, schedules, and document requirement implementations.
• Monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Interface with customer representatives and government leadership; manage transitions and PMP execution.
