Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs spanning technology and business operations. You will shape demand intake, assess readiness, and facilitate prioritization to align resources with strategic objectives.

You will drive governance, provide executive reporting, and mentor PMs to mature enterprise delivery practices within the PMO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs
• PMP or comparable project management certification
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic initiatives involving multiple business units, executive sponsors, and senior stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of governance, prioritization, risk management, dependency management, and benefits realization

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure using disciplined project and program management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project and program plans, including roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, budgets, risks, issues, governance activities.
• Partner with senior business leaders to facilitate demand intake, clarify objectives, assess readiness, identify dependencies, and develop prioritization recommendations.
• Support enterprise portfolio management by providing visibility into project and program health, resource capacity, risks, and priorities.
• Design and maintain governance structures, steering committees, executive reporting, and escalation paths.
• Mentor and coach PMs and PMOs on standards, governance, and delivery disciplines.
