Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Program Delivery Leads to guide complex professional services engagements across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods. You will lead executive-level delivery strategies, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes for large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities include shaping program roadmaps, guiding PMs, and delivering value while collaborating with Sales, Success, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams and/or large enterprise-scale program management experience.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven track record of leading large and complex programs with measurable outcomes.
• Vision for the customer with a focus on speed and value delivery.
• Ability to generate trust and build relationships.
• Ability to influence through collaboration rather than authority.
• Ability to identify interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver success and help our customers achieve the desired business value.
• Coordinate with internal account teams to ensure a unified One Salesforce approach for customer success.
• Drive engagement and strategy leveraging the multi-cloud platform.
• Build a strategic delivery roadmap tailored to the customer’s priorities to accelerate time to value.
• Proactively provide recommendations with direct P&L impact and expand client capabilities.
• Coach and partner with customer executives.
• Apply Salesforce product, business process, and ecosystem knowledge to drive an effective program.
• Develop and expand business relationships to enable greater account penetration and partnerships.
• Identify and manage program risk.
• Lead the overall program and the PM group under them.
• Identify interdependencies across workstreams within the managed program.
