Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Program Delivery Leads to guide our most complex Professional Services engagements across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods.

You will lead programs for enterprise customers, shaping strategy, aligning the c-suite, and defining KPIs to measure value, value realization, and outcomes.

As a leader, you will manage delivery teams, partner with executive sponsors, and mitigate risks while ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams or large enterprise-scale program management.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Track record of delivering large, complex programs with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods.
• Develop overall strategy, guide the c-suite, and create executive alignment on objectives and outcomes.
• Define KPIs to measure value, success, and effectiveness of the initiative.
• Manage program risk and interdependencies; lead the group of PMs under you.
