Job summary

Nidec seeks a Process Improvement Analyst V to drive enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across platforms, functions, and regions. You will lead cross-functional programs, steward enterprise methodology, and build capabilities for sustained improvement.

Role emphasizes governance, strategic partnership with senior leaders, and measurement of benefits, with no direct people management responsibilities. Reporting to an executive sponsor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
Master's degree strongly preferred (MBA, MS or equivalent).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent strongly preferred.
Typically 12-15+ years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale, cross-platform process transformation initiatives with material impact.
Partner with executive leadership to identify and sequence transformational opportunities.
Shape end-to-end operating models aligned with long-term enterprise strategy.
Apply analytical and systems-thinking approaches to diagnose complex challenges.
