Job summary

Nidec is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst V to lead enterprise-scale transformation efforts and shape long-term improvement strategy across the organization. This role reports to executive sponsors and influences leadership through analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will bring Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, deep problem-solving ability, and a record of driving enterprise-wide change with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Typically 12–15+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, strategy, or related professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale, cross-platform process transformation initiatives with material financial, operational, and strategic impact.
• Define success metrics, benefits frameworks, and governance mechanisms.
• Own transformational initiatives from vision and design through implementation, sustainment, and cultural embedment.
• Define and steward enterprise continuous improvement strategy and operating model.
• Advise leaders on change strategy, adoption, and cultural transformation.
• Mentor Process Improvement Analyst I–IV roles and senior professionals across the enterprise.
