1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise PMO in the New York area to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, planning and delivering strategic priorities. The role partners with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Operations, eCommerce, Technology, and Finance to align objectives, manage risks, and communicate progress to senior leaders.

Ideal candidate has 5–8+ years PM experience in consumer-focused environments, strong collaboration, and ability to drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience in CPG, eCommerce, retail or consumer brands preferred.
• Experience with PMO governance, reporting, and templates.
• Certification (PMP/Agile/Scrum) preferred but not required.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional enterprise projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables.
• Translate business priorities into objectives and workstreams.
• Coordinate initiatives across Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Ops, eCommerce, Tech.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
• Facilitate leadership updates and governance reviews.
• Partner with sponsors to resolve roadblocks and align objectives.
• Support PMO process improvement and governance.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery with strong communication.
