1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise PMO to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Operations, eCommerce, Technology, and Finance.

You will plan, track, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with strategic priorities. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in project management within consumer-focused environments, excellent communication, and a collaborative style to drive accountability across senior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5–8+ years of progressive project management experience.
Experience in consumer products, eCommerce, or retail preferred.
Experience with PMO governance, reporting, and templates.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional enterprise projects from planning through delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Translate business priorities into clear objectives and workstreams.
Coordinate initiatives across Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Operations, eCommerce, Technology, and Finance.
Identify risks, issues, and resource constraints; drive mitigation.
Facilitate executive updates and governance meetings.
