You will plan, execute, manage risks, and deliver on time while engaging stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology. The role emphasizes strong communication and decision support in a consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience across enterprise initiatives.
• Experience in CP G/eCommerce/retail/consumer brands or related industry strongly preferred.
• Experience with PMO governance, reporting, standards, and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action plans.
• Translate priorities into clear objectives, workstreams, ownership, and execution plans.
• Coordinate initiatives across Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Operations, eCommerce, Technology, Finance, and other areas.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, and resource constraints; mitigate where possible.
• Prepare updates, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
