Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking an experienced engineer to deploy and operate the platform for enterprise customers. You will own deployments end-to-end, from initial architecture discussions to live operation, including integration with identity and data systems, security reviews, and platform serving layers.

You will collaborate with IT and security teams, diagnose complex issues, and develop runbooks and playbooks to improve future deployments. Travel to customer sites in the US is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years deploying and operating enterprise software in production, two of them in uncontrolled environments.
• Kubernetes at configuration depth: chart values rendering manifests and troubleshooting starts.
• Identity and SSO fundamentals: OIDC and SAML, credential rotation, redirect URIs.
• Linux, networking, TLS: DNS, routing, ingress/egress, certificates, proxies.
• Kubernetes storage: persistent volumes, CSI, shared storage under load.
• A production deployment you personally carried and supported: name, date, lessons learned.
• Professional customer-facing English, willing to travel and work customer hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment from architecture discussions through go-live and steady-state operation.
• Integrate with customer identity, data, engineering systems, and model serving layers.
• Coordinate with IT, security, and platform teams; perform assessments and architecture reviews.
• Diagnose issues even when causes sit outside the Neural Concept software.
• Create runbooks, post-mortems, and playbooks to streamline future deployments.
