Job summary

Neural Concept seeks an expert to deploy and operate its platform for enterprise customers. You will own end-to-end deployment in customer environments, integrating identity, data, and engineering systems while coordinating with IT, security, and platform teams.

You will lead architecture conversations, drive go-live, ensure stability, and document runbooks to improve future deployments across on-prem and air-gapped setups. Travel and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years deploying and operating enterprise software in production, including environments you did not control.
• Kubernetes at configuration depth: chart values, manifests, and failure analysis.
• Identity and SSO fundamentals: OIDC and SAML with rotation and group-to-role mapping.
• Linux networking and TLS: DNS, routing, ingress/egress, certificates, proxies.
• Kubernetes storage: persistent volumes, CSI, and storage performance under load.
• Proven production deployment you personally carried and supported.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment from architecture discussions to go-live and steady-state operation.
• Integrate with customer identity, data, and engineering systems and the model serving layer.
• Coordinate with IT, security, and platform teams; perform architecture reviews and break-fix.
• Diagnose incidents, including external causes, and drive runbooks and post-mortems.
• Create playbooks to streamline future deployments and feed back into product.
