Job summary

Netomi in San Francisco seeks a Senior Customer Architect to own the technical arc of our most complex enterprise accounts—multi-brand, multi-region programs with stringent security, compliance, and scale requirements. You’ll own the relationship from signed deal through in-production, governed value: agent architecture, integration blueprint, adoption roadmap, and evidence that it’s working.

You will mentor Customer Architects, lead vertical playbooks, and ensure deployments are prescriptive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles with post-sales outcomes.
• Ownership of multiple concurrent enterprise accounts at large scale.
• Genuine technical depth: reads code, traces, and designs guardrails.
• Working understanding of LLM-based systems, prompting and tooling.
• Consultative and prescriptive: builds playbooks, not one-offs.
• Ability to articulate business outcomes to CIOs and engineers.
• Mentoring or leading other architects or senior ICs.
• Experience co-delivering through SI partners.
• CX/CC background or conversational AI experience.
• Core vertical experience in airlines/travel, media/gaming, financial services, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Account Architecture: design end-to-end agent architecture across journeys and channels.
• Design the integration blueprint against the customer’s stack (CRM/ticketing, telephony, data platform).
• Set guardrails, governance, and observability architecture with compliance focus.
• Own architecture sign-off before production alongside the deployment team.
• Technical Success Planning per account: current/target state and rollout roadmap.
• Define and agree on metrics: containment, CSAT, deflection, cost per resolution.
• Run recurring technical business reviews with customer leadership.
• Adoption & Technical Expansion: own land-and-expand across channels and regions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and qualify opportunities for the account team.
• Anticipate scale challenges and plan roadmap adjustments.
• Trusted Technical Advisor to senior stakeholders (CIO, VP/Head of CX).
• Partner Co-Delivery: enable SI partners and scale delivery.
• Prescriptive playbooks: contribute to vertical deployment blueprints.
