Job summary

SMC Corporation is seeking a Senior Enterprise Administrator to provide advanced IT administration for enterprise-level platforms and to guide global, regional, and local IT teams. You will ensure availability and performance of critical applications and lead adoption of platform capabilities across the organization.

The role requires strong scripting, workflow automation, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer-facing IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience administering systems using PowerShell and scripting solutions.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive experience supporting the development and deployment of workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration of software applications and consult on approved changes to system configurations.
• Serve as a trusted resource for global, regional, and local IT teams with guidance and training on platform systems.
• Ensure the IT team can perform configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop systems integrations and process automation leveraging workflow capabilities.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Configure business rules, notifications, client scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop items and tasks while optimizing user experience.
• Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Provide ad hoc and scheduled training for IT teams.
• Stay updated with emerging trends to better serve SM C's IT needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
