Job summary

SMC in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Senior Enterprise Administrator to provide advanced admin support for enterprise platforms. The role collaborates with global, regional, and local IT teams to ensure availability and performance of critical applications.

You will lead configuration, automation, and scripting using PowerShell; translate business needs into technical solutions; monitor systems, generate reports, and train IT staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer-facing IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience in administering systems using PowerShell and scripting solutions to problems.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Involvement in working directly with vendors, stakeholders, and end users.
• Expert in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive experience supporting the development and deployment of workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration of software applications, including changes to system configurations.
• Guide and coach global, regional, and local IT teams on platform systems.
• Ensure IT team can perform configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Propose and implement process improvements to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop system integrations and process automation using workflow capabilities.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide improvement insights.
• Configure Business Rules, Notifications, Client Scripts, and ACLs with advanced scripting.
