Vestis Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Physical Security & Asset Protection to lead security across 400+ locations. You will manage access control, CCTV, investigations, and security programs in collaboration with IT, Facilities, HR, Risk, and Legal.

This role drives risk mitigation and protects people, assets, and operations enterprise-wide. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in physical security, 3–5 years in leadership, and a strong track record of implementing security

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years progressive physical security/asset protection experience.
• 3–5 years leadership of security operations across multiple locations.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, investigations, and security tech.
• Strong risk assessment, leadership, and budget management skills.

• Lead enterprise physical security programs across 400+ locations.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, HR, Risk, Legal, and Executives to implement security programs.
• Manage access control, badging, CCTV, and security technology platforms.
• Oversee investigations, incident response, and emergency management.
