Transamerica is seeking a senior security leader to oversee enterprise physical security, workplace safety, and Security Command Center operations across multiple office locations. You will guide incident response, threat intelligence, and executive protection while coordinating with HR, Legal, Compliance and Real Estate to strengthen resiliency.

Responsibilities include modernizing security technologies, coordinating 24/7 monitoring, and leading risk assessments for high-profile events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security-related field.
• 12+ years in corporate security or related security function.
• 10+ years leading teams, vendors or complex security operations.
• Experience with multi-site security operations and executive protection.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise physical security, workplace safety, and facility security across office locations.
• Oversee building security operations including access control and visitor management.
• Develop security policies, incident response protocols, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Direct Security Command Center operations for monitoring, triage, escalation, and communications.
• Drive modernization of security technologies (access, video, alarms, mass notification).
• Lead executive protection, threat intelligence, travel security, event security, and risk assessments for senior leaders.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Real Estate, and Communications on security risks and resiliency.
• Establish governance, reporting, budgeting, training, and continuous improvement for security programs.
