Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Long Beach, CA seeks a Manager, Physical Security Systems (Cleared) to lead the enterprise program across access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance. This onsite role partners with Facilities and IT to embed security into projects and new builds.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise security, strong leadership, and experience with LenelS2/Genetec/Brivo; active Secret clearance required at hire, TS/SCI preferred, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise physical security operations experience.
• Experience administering access control, IDS, and VMS.
• Experience with LenelS2, Genetec, Brivo or comparable systems.
• Experience leading security technology projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and system integrators.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Active Secret clearance at hire; TS/SCI preferred.
• Ability to travel to US locations up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ACS, IDS, and VMS across Voyager locations.
• Ensure reliability and lifecycle management of security tech.
• Manage badge administration and access control policies.
• Plan and execute security tech projects on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support capital investment plans and security budgets.
• Ensure security requirements in capital projects and builds.
• Maintain documentation and executive reports.
