Colgate-Palmolive Global Security Organization is seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Systems Manager to own and lead the Physical Security Technology portfolio.

The right candidate should be a strategic thinker with a collaborative and operational mindset, highly self-motivated, able to proactively identify and solve problems, and promote continuous development to protect against evolving threat landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years administration experience in physical security enterprise programs with 5+ years strategic planning.
• Proven leadership of internal security teams, field technicians and integrators.
• Deep knowledge of unified PSIM platforms, cloud-hybrid deployments, and SaaS/Premises hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Physical Security Technology Portfolio's operations and direction.
• Define the roadmap, establish policy, and oversee contractors.
• Drive future-state architecture and align with global IT and InfoSec.
• Serve as technical liaison to Global IT and Global Engineering.
• Escalate vendor issues and manage R&D integrations and upgrades.
• Direct workload and priorities for the Security Technology Specialist and contractors.
