Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Payments to own the end-to-end delivery of complex payments initiatives. You will bridge product, technology, operations, risk, and external partners to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with measurable impact.

Ideal candidates bring a strong PM discipline and deep payments knowledge, capable of navigating payment rails, regulatory rules, and security standards while guiding cross-functional teams through launch and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in project or program management, with at least 5+ years in payments/fintech or financial services.
• 5+ years using project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic payments programs, including product launches, platform migrations, FinTech integrations, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, and status dashboards for executive audiences.
• Drive project execution through structured agile/hybrid delivery frameworks, adapting to complexity and compliance needs.
