U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs in our Digital Assets and Emerging Money Movement team. You will direct multiple workstreams, establish governance, and drive execution to achieve enterprise-wide efficiency in money movement capabilities.

You will partner with product, technology, operations, risk, and legal teams, managing ambiguity and aligning stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead large, complex programs across multiple workstreams and stages.
• Establish program governance and drive execution for adopted initiatives.
• Translate corporate objectives into clear program objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product leaders, technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance to coordinate enterprise money movement efforts.
