Bring deep domain payments knowledge and a hands-on approach to risk, regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, Reg E, NACHA rules), and security standards while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in project/program management in payments/fintech/financial services.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional IT programs and projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic payments programs, including launches and compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
