Qualificações

• 8+ years hands-on project management experience.
• Strong SDLC understanding with engineering/QA collaboration.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, databases, messaging systems.
• Delivery experience with high-volume transactional systems, preferably Payments.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
• Payments domain experience and knowledge of transaction lifecycles.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory standards for Payments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning through release and stabilization.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Payments Operations to drive execution.
• Manage projects involving payment transaction flows, integrations, and processing platforms.
• Track delivery metrics, provide clear status updates, and escalate issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate delivery ceremonies and promote strong documentation and operational readiness.
