Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, Shared Services Strategy & Design, Client Relationship Building and Management, Value Architecture & Realization, Storytelling, Data analysis & insights generation
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions to these challenges, the value of these solutions, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future‑proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.
• Build organizations from the top down and bottom up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
