Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced leader to partner with boards and CEOs to co-create future ways of working. You will guide enterprise and function operating model design and lead end-to-end transformations with cross-functional teams.

Role requires 7+ years in strategy/design and 5+ years consulting, with strong data insights and storytelling skills. Travel 80–100% is expected, and compensation varies by location and level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel 80–100%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, their value, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.
• Build organizations from top down and bottom up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization.
• Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted expert with a long-term mindset.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as required.
