Accenture seeks a senior leader to partner with Boards and C-Suite executives, guiding strategy and design for enterprise transformations across multiple industries. You will drive agile, resilient operating models and leverage digital tools to deliver value at speed.

You will lead teams, mentor juniors, and travel extensively to work with clients, building trusted relationships and demonstrating thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design or Shared Services Design.
• Experience in client relationship building and management.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, their value, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise operating models.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead and mentor teams, driving insights with data models and visualization.
• Travel as required, 80%–100%.
