Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on strategic challenges and assess solutions.
• Design future-proof operating models and roadmaps to enable change.
• Lead and mentor teams across functions while delivering client outcomes.
• Travel 80%–100% as required.
