Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, Shared Services Design, client relationships, value realization, storytelling, and data analytics.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, value, and roadmaps to sustain change.
• Design future-proof operating models for enterprise and function.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive insights via data models and visualization.
• Mentor junior members and travel as required (80%–100%).
