Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise operating models.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead transformation programs across strategy, design, activation and optimization.
• Architect total enterprise transformations with cross-functional integration.
• Drive insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop trusted client relationships and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as required (80–100%).
